Everyone is so worried about doing it everyday; calm? down. Don't worry, haha. I've read stories about people doing it once a week and still dropping a couple of pounds. It's an intense work out and your muscles def. need a lot of training to get adjusted to it. That's why there's levels.

So I have been doing the 30 day shred work out for 5 weeks. I was really out of shape and the work out kicked my butt for a little while. I still haven't even started work out 3. That being said, I have lost 17 lbs and went? from a size 14 to a size 8. I feel so much better! I have been eating better as well. I would recommend this to anyone! It only takes 20 minutes and This women really knows what she is doing because I look great already! Thank you Jullian Michaels you helped me live again!

hey after doing the 30 day shred (all the levels) you all should TRY JULLIAN MICHEALS BANISH FAT BOOST METABOLISM full video for 10 days to go along with the 30 day shred! i did these videos my 8th grade year and i went from 181 pounds to 160 pounds!!!!!! you have to change the way you eat as? well and cut out sodas completely

this cardio doesnt work for me. I do heavy lifting? and the last thing i want is to lift weights while doing cardio and then go lift weights.

Yes I've tried it. But after doing 100lb deadlifts and barbell squats the last thing I want to do is lift any kind of weight with cardio and if I do this prior I'm? too winded to do any lifting. I do insanity (cardio & resistance) in the morning now and lift later. Although Insanity is alot more difficult I enjoyed it more than this. But I still think is a great workout. Its just what you prefer I guess.

Just completed day 3 of Level 1. Woke up feeling sore yesterday and again today but once I do my warmup the pain completely? disappears. I plan on doing the workout for 30 consecutive days...it's still early days but so far so good. I feel myself getting stronger and stronger yay!
